The Tangle Teezer.. a review!

Well let me start off by saying that I cannot say enough good things about this product! It does exactly what it's supposed to and has completely changed my hair and styling routine!
However, I will go into detail of what it does, my experience with it and the pros and the cons of it.

Ok, so what does it actually do?
The Tangle Teezer is a new hair brush that is shaped and designed to brush your knotty, tangled unruly hair without snagging, pulling or causing any sort of discomfort. It works best on just out of the shower wet hair but is also great on dry hair too.

Why did I need it?
I've never actually had knotty or unruly hair until the past couple of months or so. I started to notice that my hair was getting knottier and harder to brush after my showers. After a couple of weeks of considerable discomfort I decided to give the Tangle Teezer a go and I must say it was worth every penny. At first I was doubtful, it just looked like any other brush apart from the bristles alternated between short and long in length. But when I first used it I was shocked at how easy it glided through my hair getting rid of all knots and tangles without me feeling a thing. Whilst I still use my normal brush to part and style my hair I don't know where I'd be without the Tangle Teezer. It has cut my styling time in half and my scalp is grateful for the break as well!

So, what's good and what's bad about it?
Pros:
- easy to use
- does the job it's supposed to
- reduces pain and discomfort when brushing unruly hair
- cuts styling time in half
- small and compact so can travel anywhere with you
- works on both wet and dry hair
- hair feels in better condition due to you not pulling chunks out with your hairbrush

Cons:
- the specially designed 'easy to hold' shape of it isn't actually that easy. I have dropped mine multiple times when brushing
- at £10.99 per brush it can be a bit pricey for what it is

So overall, would I..

Use again? Yes.
Repurchase? Yes.
Recommend? Yes.

Be your own kind of beautiful
